A.We accept online credit card payments via Paypal, & Google Checkout, to order just click the "add to shopping cart" button and follow the check out process.The last step enter your credit card information on the secure payment page and you're one. We also accept orders via email at eric@xsellant.com. An invoice will be sent to you and you will make payment via Paypal or Google Checkout.
Q.Do you offer Free shipping?
A.Yes, we offer Free shipping on all orders over $100 to USA customers only!
Q.How many days can I expect to receive my order?
A.Shipping takes 5 business days anywhere in the USA. We will provide you with a tracking number within 2-3 days of your order so you can track the progress of your shipment online.
Q: What's your return policy? A.We accept all Returns within 30 days from the time you receive your order except handbags. There will be a 20% re stock fee on all items and must be return in original packaging. A return will be accepted within 7 days from the time you receive the order. All handbags sales are Final. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
Q: Do you offer phone support? A: Sorry right now we don't offer phone support, but we respond to all emails within 24 hrs. Q: How long will it take for my order to be processed? A: Most of the orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Q: Do you have a Retail Store? A: No we do not have a retail store.
